We just issued MCERT Tokens on a test net to some beta testers. Main net setup will be complete in a few hours and we'll have all tokens issued to people who bought them, in the coming days.

Unless you have MetaCert installed (not kidding), persistent targeted phishing attacks are virtually impossible to stop.
